This is an outdoor event. Outdoor spaces are 12x12. Rain or shine. Cancellation of event only in the case of severe weather.
Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, tents, weights and anything else needed for their set-up. There is no electric at the park.
All Non-Profit organizations are encouraged to come and share their resources with our community - FREE of charge!
